Brutal Doom or better yet, Project Brutality (basically a vastly expanded Brutal Doom).Gameplay mods (some can be mixed and matched. This isn't solid in many cases since there may be dependencies elsewhere that prevent the two from working together entirely.) If you're trying to mix two gameplay mods, the lowest one in the load order overrides the ones above it (if the top mod changes monsters and weapons and the lower mod changes only the weapons, the weapons will get overridden. As a general rule: Map WADs first, then the gameplay mod's WAD or PK3, then any addons. If mods don't work together at first try changing the load order.
